Short answer: five engagements on this site have results published with a baseline, a timeframe and a stated measurement limit. A further twenty named clients are listed by the scope actually delivered, without attaching numbers that weren't tracked to a standard I'd defend. Every figure below links to the full write-up, which explains how it was measured.

How to read these numbers, and why you can trust them

Every result on this page has a baseline, a timeframe and the tool it was measured in. Some came from engagements I worked on as part of an agency team, so read those as account totals rather than mine alone. What I can promise is how I work: diagnosis first and you keep the findings, everything in your name, published prices, reports from your own accounts, and no guaranteed rankings, bought links or fake reviews. If you want to speak to someone I've worked with, ask me and I'll say what I can arrange.

These results come from engagements I worked on, some of them as part of an agency team. Where that was the case, the figures are the account's totals, not mine alone. They were measured in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Business Profile performance data and the clients' own records. Each is one account under particular conditions; none is a market average or a guarantee. The verification method is published alongside them.

How to check my work: references, screenshots and a sample 90 day plan

Before you pay anyone in this market, ask for three things. I list what I can give today and what is still being prepared, so you are not guessing.

  • A reference. Ask me and I will say which past clients in your sector are willing to take a call. I don't publish names and numbers without the client's permission.
  • Screenshots from the accounts. The five published results were measured in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Business Profile performance data. Screenshots with the dates visible can be shared on a call, under the client's conditions.
  • A sample 90 day plan. The audit tier produces a written 30 day plan; the first 90 days table shows the shape of the longer programme, week by week.
  • My own site. Run this domain through PageSpeed Insights and the Rich Results test. A consultant whose own site fails the audit has answered your question.
  • Public profiles. LinkedIn, GitHub and the Google Business Profile.

What is deliberately not on this page

No testimonials that can't be attributed, no star ratings, no revenue figures for clients who didn't share sales data, and no schema markup claiming reviews that don't exist. If a client is willing to be quoted or to publish a figure, it will appear here with their name and the date. Until then, the scope is the claim.

Questions buyers ask about these results

Are these case studies your own work or an agency's?

Both, and each row says which. Some of the five published results come from engagements I worked on as part of an agency team, so those figures are the account's totals and are marked as shared. The named client table lists the scope I delivered, not a number I can't defend. Bloom Ivy, Kyte Research and AirLyft are direct engagements.

Can I speak to a client?

Ask, and I will tell you what I can arrange. I don't hand out phone numbers without asking the client first, so a reference call takes a few days to set up rather than a few minutes.

Why are there no screenshots?

Because the accounts belong to the clients and some of the data is commercially sensitive. Screenshots with dates can be shared on a call under the client's conditions, and I would rather show you a real dashboard then than a cropped image here that you cannot check.

Do you have a case study for my industry?

Ecommerce, healthcare, education, home services, hospitality, aviation, NGOs and manufacturing are all in the tables above. The industry pages say what changes in each sector, and education and healthcare carry their own results. If your sector is not listed, the first call is where I tell you whether I have done it before.
